13.9 Committee on Academic Freedom (Am 21 Feb 68)

13.9.1 There are five Santa Cruz Division members, one from each academic division and one from the School of Engineering. In addition, there are one non-Senate teaching faculty representative, one graduate student representative, and one undergraduate student representative. 13.9.2 The Committee studies and reports upon any conditions within or outside the University which, in its judgment, may affect the academic freedom of the University, with particular reference to the acceptance of positions and resignation from positions in the University, and to the reputation of the University and of individual members of its Faculty.
